Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
Asparagus, fresh, 30 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long) Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
preheat oven to 400 degrees
Pour 1 tsp. olive oil onto a cookie sheet.
Add salt and pepper and mix
trim asparagus to eliminate tough ends and place on the cookie sheet, rolling through oil and seasoning mix.
Place in oven and roast for about 10 mins. (I like my vegetables crunchy so I only roasted in hot oven for about 7 or 8 minutes.
