Ash's best bread

Ingredients
3 cups slightly warm water1tbsp of sugar1 tsp salt1.5 tbsp quick rise yeast6.25 cups of wheat bran or white flour
Directions
Put 3 cups of Slightly warmer then room temp water in a large bowl, add salt and sugar and stir until dissovled.
Sprinkle yeast on water and let sit for 15 mins. Add flour to yeast mixture, mix until it forms a shaggy ball and the flour is off the sides of the bowl, Cover with plastic wrap loosly and let sit in a warm place for 90 mins. Once it has risen sprinkle lightly with flour and punch down until a smooth ball has formed. Put into floured bread dishes and preheat oven for 350. let rise in dishes another 45 mins then bake for 25-30 mins or until golden brown. Let cool then remove from pans
