Blue Cheese & Bacon Pasta

Ingredients
1/2 c. Blue Cheese1/8 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated1/3 c. cooked bacon pieces2 TBSP Pine Nuts, toasted1 Green Pepper, cut in strips1 small onion, cut in strips2.5 TBSP Olive Oil1 TBSP Margarine, soft1/2 lb. Spaghetti
Directions
Cook spaghetti to package directions. Meanwhile, saute green pepper and onions in 1 TBSP of olive oil until tender.
Drain spaghetti and return to pot. Add the the peppers and onions, bacon pieces, cheeses, pine nuts, margarine, and remaining 1.5 TBSP olive oil. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese begins to melt and all ingredients combine. Serve with crusty bread.

Makes 4 servings. 400 calories per serving.
