Mango Cranberry Roasted Pork Loin

Ingredients
2.5/3 lbs. Pork Roast32 oz. Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce1/2 c Orange Juice4 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar2 tsp Dried Mustard2 tsp Salt2 tsp Ground Ginger2-3 fresh Mangos cubed
Directions
Mix Cranberry Sauce, Orange Juice, Vinegar, Mustard, Salt and Ginger in a bowl. Put Pork in Slow Cooker set on low. Pour Mixture over top and cook for 7-8 hours on low. Add Mango cubes during last hour of cooking.
