Parmesan Sweet Potato Fries

1/2 lb sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4" thick sticks1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese1/2 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil1/8 teaspoon garlic powder1/8 teaspoon paprika
Preheat the oven 450 degrees F
In a medium bowl, toss the potatoes, cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika.
Place the potatis in a single layer on a medium nonstock baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes. Flip the potatos and bak for 10 to 12 minutes. or until the potatos are tender and browned in spots. Servie immediately.
