8 dz of corn16 oz of soy milk creammer60 oz of earthbalance soy butter24 oz tofutti sour cream17 oz of can corm cream soup24 oz corn meal2 tbs salt2 tbs baking soda2 tbs baking powder 44 oz soy chees50 oz of rosted chile verde
First clean con save leaves for later, shave corn of its cob grind it or take it to your nearest Mexican shop so they can grind it for you once you have the “masa” add your ingredient soy cream, butter, sour cream, corn cream corn meal salt baking soda and powder mix so everything is well combined. Then take out the leaf rinse and wash them with water only and put 3 tabs of the masa on the the lea f 1 tabs of cheese and roasted chile. steem them and you have tamales.
