Opal's Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
6 cups rice, cooked2 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup2 c. shredded cheddar cheese1/2 c. butter2 T. minced onion (dried)salt & pepper2 T. lemon juice
Directions
Cook rice. Cook broccoli. Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Makes 27 1/2 c. servings.
