Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped1 tbs. mayonnaise2 tbs. chopped dill picklesdash of salt
Directions
Chop the eggs and mix in other ingredients. Eat on it's own or between two pieces of you favorite bread. Dress it up by putting it in little phyllo cups and garnishing with a sprig of parsley. You can play with the ingredients to your own taste. As is, this will make about one and a half lunch sandwiches.
