Kiwi/lime pudding (vegan)

Ingredients
-Soy milk (500 ml)-Stevia (10 tsps)-Agar-agar (2 tsps)-1 Lime (juice)-1 Kiwi Fruit (without skin)-Poppy seeds (2 tsps)
Directions
Cut one kiwi fruit into pieces.

In medium saucepan mix together soy milk, stevia and agar-agar. Heat until bubbles form at edges and stir. Continue to cook and stir until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of a metal spoon. Remove from heat, stir in lime juice. Pour into 2 serving dishes. Put kiwi and poppy seeds on it. Let it chill and then it's ready to eat!
