4 medium Baked Potatoes4 tbspn Sunflower OilPinch of Asafoetida1tsp salt1tbspn Pepper1tbspn Lemon Juice1tspn Cumin Seeds
Cut and wash the potatoes
In a pan heat the sunflower oil
Add the cumin seeds
add a pinch of asafoetida
the pepper and quickly add the potatoes
stir till he potatoes are evenly coated with the potatoes and add some salt and close the lid
slow cook the potatoes stirring twice for around 30 mins or until they are cooked. Sprinkle the lemon juice and adjust the seasoning as needed. Put some coriander leaves. Then turn of the heat and let it stand for sometime before you serve
