Ingredients
1 pork tenderloin trimmed of fat and silver skin1 clove garlic, minced.5 tsp apple cider vinegar.5 tsp lemon juicedash mustarddash no saltdash pepper.5 tsp Thyme
Directions
mixed all ingredients in a bowl and toss tenderloin to cover.

bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until meat thermometer reads 160
