Mooli Fajita (Indian Radish Salad) (1srv=1cup)

Ingredients
Radishes, oriental, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, 4 cup slices Lemon Juice, 2 wedge yields ghee (1 Tbsp. = 15 ml), 0.3 serving Salt, 0.75 tsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
Directions
Heat ghee, add radishes and grated tomato (or cut), saute a little bit (very less) , take away from flame, when cool, add lemon juice and salt.

Optionally add green chilies, and fresh coriander.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-Cup servings
