LAMBRUSCO STEAK MARINADE

Ingredients
2-8 steaks (cuts of your choice)1.5 liters Lambrusco16 ounces pineapple juice4 ounces BBQ sauce2 ounces Worchestershire sauce1 tsp liquid smoke1 medium onion (cut into chunks)1 lemon or orange1-15 ounce can pineapple tidbits (or chunks)4-6 cloves
Directions
-First, open the Lambrusco; pour two wine glasses to enjoy while mixing the marinade.
-Pour the rest of the wine into a large mixing bowl; except for 8-10 ounces to be used later.
-Add the other liquids to the bowl; mix to combine.
-Add the rest of of the ingredients, squeezing the juice out of the lemon; add the rind to the marinade. You can use an orange for a more citrus taste.
-When cutting into chunks, cut so fruit can be used for shish kabobs.
-Mix marinade.
-Put steaks in a large container; pour marinade over steaks making sure the steaks are fully covered by the marinade.
-Refrigerate overnight.
-You might turn steaks over every 4 to 6 hours.
-Take the remainder of the Lambrusco, fill your wine glasses and enjoy yourselves!!
