ghee (1 Tbsp. = 15 ml), 0.33 serving Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Salt, 0.6 tsp *Coriander leaf, dried, 1 tsp bottle gourd, 7 cup uncookedcumin seeds, 0.15 tsp
Directions
Heat ghee, add cumin seeds, add tomatoes, add lauki (gourd), cook for a long time (or pressure cook), add salt .. .don't dry the water out.
