1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks, cut into tiny cubes1/2 jalapeņo, seeded and chopped1/4 red onion, finely chopped3 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepperThe juice of one lime
Directions
Combine all ingredients together and toss. Let it sit for 30-60 minutes before serving if possible.
