60 Wonton wrappers1/2 tsp chili powder1 tsp salt1tsp sugar1 tsp soy sauce1 tsp cherry brandy1 pound lean pork loin ground4 tbsp egg whitesDash of pepper to preference
Make filling from ground pork loin, sugar and spices. Add 1 tsp of filling to each wrapper, brush edges with egg white, fold diagonally both ways to make wonton. Boil 5-6 cups of water and drop in a few wontons at a time until they float (1-2 minutes). Drain and put aside for soup. Could also be baked at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or deep fried.
