.33 lb ground beef1 oz feta cheese.25 tsp Steak Seasoning or to taste.25 tsp Garlic Salt1/3 large or 1 small Onion1 tbsp Butter1 tbsp Mayo1 tsp Spicy MustardCrushed Red Pepper to taste.5 Clove of GarlicSalt to taste
Mix together beef, cheese, steak seasoning & garlic salt. Shape into patty. Slice onion into rings and saute with butter on medium flame until caramelized. Remove onions from pan and add hamburger patty to pan. Cook to medium, turning once. Chop garlic very fine. While burger is cooking mix mayo, mustard, crushed red pepper, garlic and salt in small bowl.
