Ingredients
1 Thomas' Light Multi-Grain English MuffinRagu Pizza Quick Sauce, about a Tablespoon1 oz Part Skim Mozzarella (shredded)10 pieces canned MushroomsFresh minced Onion, to taste1 slice Pepperoni, chopped
Directions
Warm the pepperoni and onion together in the microwave, just to soften the onion and get the pepperoni grease flowing. Blot as much grease as possible and set aside with the rest of the topping ingredients. Slightly brown the English muffin under low broiler. Assemble pizza ingredients atop the slightly browned English muffin and put back under the broiler until toppings are hot and melted.
