Protein Powder& Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup water2 Tbsp milled flax seed1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce2 scoops Vanilla Whey protein powder (52g protein)1 cup quick oats2 tbsp almond meal3/4 cup 1% milk1 tsp cinnamon powder1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mixed flax seed & water. Let set for 10 minutes. Meanwhile mix applesauce & proten powder until smooth. Grind/Mill the oats until flour like consistency (I use a coffee grinder-I have one just for baking). Add to applesauce mixture, along with almond meal, cinnamon, vanilla & milk. Stir until combined. Add water & flax seed mixture. Stir until combined. Heat skillet & spray with non cooking spray. Pour on batter in 4" ciricles & cook on both sides until done.

Serving Size: makes 16- 4" pancakes, 4 pancakes=1 serving
