Raisin Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients
5 slices L'ovens Raisin Cinnamon Bread1/3 cup egg whites1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
mix egg whites, vanilla and cinnamon and whip with a fork till a little frothy.

dip bread into mixture on each side and shake off excess mix

place toast in a hot pan and cook a few mins on each side. egg should be cooked completely, bread will get firm to touch
