Ingredients
1/4c Onion, sliced thinnly1 1/2c Frozen pepper slices (approx 7 oz)2 Chicken breasts, sliced1 Fajita seasoning packet8 Tortillas (not included in nutritional info)
Directions
Saute together the onions and peppers.

In a seperate pan, cook the sliced chicken thouroughly.

Add 1/4c of water and seasoning packet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes.

Add pepper and onions. Mix until everything is coated.

Place 1/2c mixture in a warmed tortilla and serve.

Mades 8 1/2c servings.

    Same recipe I use...thank you for NOT putting the tortilla's in the count....I actually through everything into a cake pan and bake it for 20-30 on 400f...just cause supper time is so hectic in this house... - 4/15/13
