Rich Flaky Vegan Pie Crust

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup cold waterSalt to taste (1/4 teaspoon recomended)
Directions
Mix salt (or Splenda) into flour in one large bowl and whisk the olive oil and water briskly in another as you add it to the flour mixture. Obviously oil and water won't mix easily so keep whisking as you pour it into the flour! Knead until smooth, roll out into desired shape and place into pan. For best results, chill for an hour or so before baking.
Serves 4 HUGE pieces.
