Italian Sausage Pizza

Ingredients
37 grams Onion (about 2 tbsp)2 cloves garlic1 tbsp Canola OilSeasonings (not in calories): -1/4 tsp Paprika -1/2 tsp Basil -1 tsp Oregano -pinch Crushed Red Pepper Flakes -generous sprinkling of black pepper1 Pizza Crust (I used Mama Mary's Original)about half a can Prego Pizza Sauce (270 grams)5.7 oz Mozzarella Cheese0.9 oz Parmesan Cheese16 grams Romano Cheese100 grams (1/2 large) Tomato
Directions
Chop up onion and garlic. Saute in a skillet with the canola oil, ground turkey, and seasonings (my turkey was pre-cooked from an earlier meal).

Take out pizza crust, Spread with sauce. Cover with turkey mixture, then layer on (in order) mozzarella, parmesan, romano, and tomato. (You could always just use mozzarella to simplify things - I like adding the other cheeses for extra flavor.) Put in the oven at 350 until the cheese is all melty.
