Slow Cooked Chicken and Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
Sweet Potato, Medium, 1, skinned and cubedCarrots, Baby, 2 oz, cut into sticksGranny smith apple - 2/3 med. apple, cubedBrown Sugar, 1 tbspCinnamon, ground, 1/4 tspImperial, Margarine, 1 TbspChicken Breast, 2 oz, bone and skin removedTomato, Petite Diced, 1/3 cupLemon Juice, 1 wedge yieldsChicken Broth, 1 fl oz
Directions
Preheat slow cooker on high. Add diced tomatoes and chicken broth to slow cooker. Place chicken breast on top. Spritz chicken and tomatoes with lemon juice, put juice in spray bottle. Cover and let cook 2 hours. Put the remainder ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 45 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender.
