Peanut Butter Noodles with Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup chicken broth1 1/2 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root3 tablespoons soy sauce2 tablespoons peanut butter1 1/2 tablespoon honey2 teaspoons hot chile paste (optional)3 cloves garlic, minced8 ounces whole wheat spaghetti1/4 cup chopped scallions1/4 cup chopped peanuts8 ounces chicken breast cooked and cut up
Directions
Cook noodles until tender, drain.

Meanwhile, combine chicken broth, ginger, soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, chili paste and garlic in small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until peanut butter melts and is heated through. Add noodles, toss to coat. Garnish with scallions and peanuts.
