Ingredients
Milk, 1%, 2 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 extra large Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 2 tbsp Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Raspberries, 1 pint as purchased, yields Baking Soda, 1 tsp Brown Sugar, 0.33 cup, packed Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry), 2 cup Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 5.28 tbsp. ( 1/3 cup)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients(1/2 chips and 1/2 raspberries) together in large bowl. Pour into a 8X8 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Mix milk, egg and vanilla together and pour over the top gently shifting to allow wet mixture to go through the oats. Layer banana slices and the rest of the raspberries and chocolate chips on top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set.
