Heart Healthy Muffins

Ingredients
1 c. oatmeal1 c. yogurt1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. olive oil1/2 c. apple sauce1 egg1 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 salt1 c. cranberries1/2 c. pineapple
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients together. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
Add cranberries and pineapple.
Fill muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until nicely brown.
