Nacho Burrito

Ingredients
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)*Morning Star meal stater soy crumble 2/3C Serving, 1 serving (remove)1/4 tsp cumin1/4 tsp chili powder1/4 tsp garlic powder*Mission Whole Wheat Low Carb Flour Tortilla, 1 serving (remove)Sour Cream, 2 tbsp (remove)Cheddar Cheese, .5 oz (remove)Tostitos Baked Scoop Tortilla Chips (15 chips), .2 serving (remove)
Directions
Heat onion in microwave for 1 minute to soften. Add crumbles and seasoning, heat for another minute or two. Heat tortilla in microwave 15 - 20 sec, set aside. Grate cheese, add to sour cream, and microwave 10 - 15 seconds to warm. Crumble chips.
Assemble burrito - place meat and onion on tortilla, add sour cream and cheese sauce, and crumbled chips, and roll up. Delish.
