buffalo chicken breast (the healthy way)

Ingredients
1/2 boneless skinless chicken breast1 tsp. franks red hot sauce1/4 tbs. honey5 sprays I cant believe its not butter original1 tbs evoo
Directions
thaw and dry breast. mix together all ingredients except the evoo. brush the mix over the chicken breast and let marinate in the fridge for a few minutes while you heat the oil in your pan. once heated. sautee the breast over medium low heat until cooks thru.... i enjoy this with whole grain rice and a salad or other veggies!!!!
