PIzza Balls (Reduced Fat)

3 cans Grands! Jr Reduced Fat Biscuits (10 per package)1 lb reduced fat colby cheese (cut into 30 cubes)60 pcs. Turkey Pepperoni Pam (to grease your pan)1 egg- beaten2 tbs parmesan cheese*optional garlic powder and italian seasoning1 c. Pizza/pasta sauce
grease a 9x13 pan and pre-heat the oven to 425
Flatten each biscuit and in it's center place 1 pepperoni, a cube of cheese and another pepperoni. Close biscut around the pepperoni/cheese and place seam side down in the pan. Do this to each biscuit. Brush each with beaten egg and dust with parmesan cheese and herbs.
Bake for 20 min.
Have pasta/pizza sauce for dipping.
Serving Size: 30 Pizza bites (expect to eat at least 2 or 3)
