Honey Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread

Ingredients
4 ¼ cup whole wheat flour½ tsp salt1 ½ warm water¼ cup honey2 tbsp olive oil1 packet or 2 ¼ tsp yeast
Directions
Mix olive oil, warm water, honey, yeast and 2 cups flour. Cover with a clean towel and set in a warm, draft-free area for 30 minutes.

Add remaining 2 ¼ cups flour and salt. Pour onto a floured, flat surface. Hand knead dough for one minute. Form in loaf pan (one large, or two small), cover with towel and allow to rise 30 more minutes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
