Raw Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
4 cups finely chopped broccoli1/2 cup olive oil1 large close of garlic4 Tbl balsamic vinegar1 tsp salt (sea salt)6 T freshly grated parmesan cheese1/3 cup dried tart cherries
Directions
Cut broccoli into very small, but distinct pieces. Put in large bowl. In sauce pan, heat oil over med. heat and saute garlic until fragrant and golden. Add salt and vinegar, stir until vinegar sizzles. Pour hot dressing over broccoli and toss with cheese and cherries.
