Ingredients
1 Med. Green Bell Pepper1/2 Sweet Yellow onionGarlic, 3 clovesRed Wine, 4 fl ozBalsamic Vinegar, 10 tbsp3tsp Olive Oil
Directions
1. Begin by mining the garlic, onions, and bell peppers
2. Sautee each, one at a time, in 1 tsp of olive oil
3. While sauteeing, combine wine and vinegar, reducing to half the amount
4. Combine all ingredients and spoon over desired meat
