Yeastcake with vanilla pudding and apples

For the dought:400 g flour50 ml milk40 g yeast50 g butter50 g suger1 eggFor the filling:500g pudding2 applesFor the topping:50 g suger100 ml water
pour the flour into a large bowl. Warm the milk and let the yeast dissolve in it. Make a hole into the flour and pour the yeastmilk into it. start kneading. pour one by one the other ingredients and knead them in the dought. Let it grow to the double of it's formal size.
Then push the dought into a 28 cm diamater form and form a rand.
Pour the vanilla pudding in. Top it with apple slices.
than bake it for 25-30 min in a 180°C oven.
cook the water and suger until it is kind of a sirup. spread it over the whole cake.
Let the cake cool at least 2 houres, before you eat it.
