Quinoa Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients
1/2 cup Organic tri-colored quinoa, dry1/2 cup Steel cut oats, dry1/4 cup Raisins, not packed1/2 cup Goji berries1 tsp Cinnamon1/4 tsp Ginger1/2 tsp Salt4 cups Water
Directions
put all ingredients in pot night before and bring to a boil.
stir, cover and turn off heat.
leave overnight.
In the morning reheat, stirring so that it does not burn.

optional: add milk and maple syrup
