Hungry Girl H-O-T Boneless Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
1/4 c Fiber One Original Bran Cereal1 ounce (about 15 crisps), Pringles Light Fat Free BBQ chipsDash onion powderDash garlic powderDash Cayenne pepperDash each salt and pepper8 ounces raw boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 10 nuggets3 tbspns. Franks RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non stick spray.
In blender, grind cereal & chips into crumbs. Transfer to wide bowl and add in seasonings.
Place nuggets in a large bowl top with sauce and toss to coat

One at a time, shake nuggets to remove excess sauce & coat w/crumbs. Evenly lay on sheet. Bake for 10 mins FLIP chicken. Bake until cooked through and crispy. About 6 more minutes.
