Chicken Jambalaya

Ingredients
4 whole chicken breast2 lg cans of diced tomato2 cups chopped onion2 cups chopped green pepper2 bay leaf1 tsp thyme2 tbs chili powder1 tsp crushed red pepper flake1 tbs garlic powderrice or noodles optional for serving
Directions
1) boil chicken till fully cooked, let cool then remove from bone and cut or tear into pieces
2)combine all ingredients let simmer for about an hour

Serving Size: makes about 12 1 cup servings
