Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
2 tbs olive oil1 med onion chopped4 cloves garlic crushed1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs1/4 cup plain greek yogurt2 tsp dry mustard4 salmon filets
Directions
heat oven to 350. spray baking sheet with cooling oil spray. heat the oil in a skillet over med/hi heat. sauté onion with garlic sale and pepper until tender.
transfer the onion to a med bowl and mix with bread crumbs, dry mustard and yogurt. place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet, divide the crumb mixture into 4 portions, and press on the top of each fillet. bake for 10 minutes and then brio for 5 minutes to crisp the top.
