OMG HEALTHY OATMEAL HIGH PROTEIN PLUM COOKIES!!

Ingredients
2 c. Oatmeal1 c. I can't believe It's not butter (room temp)1 1/2 c. Sucralose (Splenda)1 T. molasses2/3 c. grounded Special K protein cereal 2/3 c. grounded almonds2/3 c. cut up plums (size of raisins)2 eggs1 t. vanilla extract1 t. salt1 t. baking soda1 t. cinnamon/nutmeg mixture7 oz. Pure Protein Vanilla powder
Directions
1. Mix butter, Sucralose, molasses, and cinnamon/nutmeg
2. Add eggs and vanilla until creamy
3. Mix grounded cereal, almonds, oatmeal, protein powder, salt, baking soda in separate bowl
4. Add dry mixture to wet mixture
5. Add plums
6. Spoon 1 tablespoonful of dough and press onto cookie sheet
7. Place cookie sheet into oven of 350 degrees for 8 minutes




Serving Size: Makes 62 cookies (each cookie 1 tablespoon)
