Spicy Italian sausage speghetti sauce

Ingredients
2 28 oz crushed tomato1 12 oz tomato paste1 onion diced3 cloves garlic minced1 lb spicy Italian sausage 2 T coconut oil1 T honey1 c red wine1/4 C Italian seasoning2 t onion powder2 T garlic powder2 T salt
Directions
Sauted onion and garlic in oil. Add sausage and brown. Add rest of ingredient and simmer on low for 3 hours or more.
