Fava bean & Artichoke salad

Ingredients
* Beans, fava, 2 cup cooked * Leeks, 1 cup sliced (whites) * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced * Olive Oil, 4 tbsp * Beets, fresh, 1.25 cup grated or tiny dice * Pineapple, fresh, 0.50 cup, diced * Garlic, 4 clove (I used dry sliced) * Garlic powder, 2 tbsp * *Onion powder, 2 tbsp * Curry powder, 1 tbsp * red chili flakes, 1 tbsp * Artichole hearts 14oz can
Directions
Boil the beans until done, drain and set aside to cool.
Add olive oil to large bowl.
Add garlic slices
Add dry spices, stir to mix
When beans are cool add to oil mixture and toss, add remaining ingredients and toss.
