Super Yummy (and good for you) Almond Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 oz chicken breast, no skin (precooked); a forth cup sliced almonds; about a tablespoon of raisins; one cup of baby spinach; one cup of lettuce; about 3 baby carrots cut into strips; and a tablespoon of light Asian dressing
Directions
Cut the chicken and put it into a bowl. Then take the spinach and the lettuce and put it into the same bowl. Put the carrots, raisins, and the almonds on top of the lettuce. Then top with the dressing. (hint almonds are easier to eat if a little crushed)
