3 low carb pita bread rounds (such as Toufayan16 ounces full fat cream cheese softened1 cup Splenda or sucralose1 tsp. real vanilla extract1/2 cup real butter, meltedTopping: mix 1 tsp. ground cinnamon and 5 tsps. Splenda.Split 3 low carb pitas in half so there are two very thin layers. Spray a 9"x13" pan with no-stick spray and put 2 whole pieces of pita in the bottom, then divide 1 more piece into small pieces to fill in the bottom of the pan. Save the remaining 3 halves for the top.Mix softened cream cheese, 1 cup Splenda, and vanilla with mixer until creamy and smooth. Drop onto pita bread in pan, and spread to cover.Put remaining thin pieces of pita bread on top, breaking one into pieces to fill in. Pour melted butter over the top of this evenly, then sprinkle with topping.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Eat warm or chill for best flavor.
