Butternut squash (2)Zucchini (2)Yellow Onion (1)Bell Pepper (2)EVO 2 tbsp
Directions
Coarsely chop vegetables. Toss with 2 tbsp EVO and your favorite seasoning (I prefer Holland Grill Classic Greek) , Grill vegetables until tender (around 10 min).
