Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
I use real butter because I'm trying to move my family to a more natural way of eating. If you prefer, you can use spray butter instead of real butter.
Directions
grind oats to flour, whisk three egg whites, combine with mashed banana, vanilla and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth. Cook like pancakes. (medium heat on flat or round pan until bubbles form and start to pop, then turn.)
