Ingredients
Canned chicken breast in waterCanned cream of chicken soupwhole wheat penne pastabag of frozen mixed vegetables (italian)
Directions
Boil pasta and cook al dente. Pre-heat oven to 350F. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray. Mix pasta, vegetables and shredded canned chicken together, then add cream of chicken soup (no water) and cheese. Top with bread crumbs and bake 40 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes six large servings. A low-fat, well balanced meal.
