Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, .25 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large (remove)Flour, whole grain, 2 cup (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Walnuts, .6 cup, chopped (remove)Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped (remove)Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, 1 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove)*Shortening, Crisco, .5 tbsp (remove)Kretschmer Wheat Germ (2 Tbsp), 1 serving (remove)
Grease a Bundt cake pan with shortening or cooking spray. Mix all other ingredients. Cook at 350 for about 60 minuets or until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle of pan. Invert pan over plate. Engoy warm or let cool and frost.
