Broccoli with cheese sauce

Ingredients
Broccoli, 3 cupsButter, unsalted, 1 tbspFlour, white, 1 tbspCheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shreddedMilk, nonfat, .5 cup
Directions
Steam broccoli in microwave.

In a small pan, melt butter over very low heat. Add flour to make a roux. Cook, stirring, until roux darkens.

Add milk and stir. Heat until slightly thickened. Add cheese.

Serve broccoli with cheese sauce.
