Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken & Lentils

400g (1/2 /b) chicken breast, cubed2 tsp paprika1 tsp cumin1 tsp ginger1 tsp turmeric1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp black pepper1 onion, thinly sliced3 cloves garlic, minced1 cup lentils (any type, but red looks a little better...)2 cups diced carrots1/2 cup raisins1 cup green olives3 cups chicken or vegetable broth1/4 cup lemon juice1 tsp dried coriander (or a handful of chopped fresh)1 tsp dried parsley (or a handful of chopped fresh)
Coat chicken in mixed dry spices and let sit overnight (or at least 30 mins). Place all ingredients (except coriander and parsley) in slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir in coriander and parsley 15-30 minutes before serving.
