Cluster Granola

Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Take 4 cups of the oats and grind them into a fine powder in a coffee grinder. Mix the oat flour and regular quick oats into a large bowl. Add in the coconut, almonds, chopped walnuts, and chopped pecans. Gently mix in the spices. In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar into the oil and add the water, salt, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the dry mixture and stir well to coat. Spread the mixture out onto 2 large baking sheets that have been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir. Put back in the oven and bake another 15-20 minutes, or until it looks golden brown and crispy throughout.
